Stainless Steel Bruce Style Claw Force Boat Anchor Duty Marine Grade Polished
The Claw Anchor design is based on anchors used to secure oil rigs in the North Sea.
Constructed from heat-treated high-strength steel with a one-piece design, it is highly effective on a variety of subseas. It sets up effortlessly and stows easily on the bow rollers of most boats.
For boaters anchoring in a variety of bottom conditions, including sand, mud, rock, and coral, it’s the anchor we recommend most. It has slightly less holding per pound than similar style anchors such as the Delta/Wing but it generally sets more easily.
Remains stable even when current and wind conditions change
This non-folding anchor is similar to the plow anchor but has a broader scoop shape that works well in mud, clay, or sandy bottoms.
