Common lock materials such as round steel, white steel, surface white electroplated, black sandblasted, 45# threaded steel, and round steel bars can all be sheared. Materials such as aluminum columns, steel wire ropes, stainless steel, rubber rods, etc. must not be sheared with this method.
Function Description:
When shearing materials, first close the oil circuit switch tightly, then move the movable handle to make the plunger and pump start working. The oil pressure will push the large piston to advance the blade until the material is cut off (do not continue to apply pressure, otherwise the parts will be damaged). Materials such as stainless steel should not be sheared with this method.
Note:
1. It is strictly prohibited to air compress without installing the workpiece to avoid damaging the blade.
2. When in use, no one should stand on either side to prevent the workpiece from flying out and injuring people during cutting!
3. When cutting, cut the steel bars horizontally and place the material in the middle of the blade for cutting! This will cause less damage to the blade.
